Today was a BIG planting day. But I started out making my bean trellis since I HAVE to plant Kentucky Wonders. I remember as a kid working the garden with my Aunt Aggie and my PopPop (grandpa) and picking the Japanese beetles of the leaves and throwing them in a soup can with some Turpentine in it. Boy did we have fun in the garden and then canning the bounty. Beans, collards, carrots, corn, radishes, tomatoes and probably a lot more stuff. Here's the trellis I made all by myself, but Rell had to help me stand it up cause he's taller than me.
